These terms govern your use of the website at nurture.bio, which is operated by Nurture Bio Labs, Inc. ("Nurture," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover this website only. Tellus, our platform, is provided under a separate agreement, and nothing here grants any right to access or use it.
Informational purpose only
The content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, product, or service, and it is not professional advice of any kind.
Statements about our plans, technology, or future capabilities are forward-looking and reflect our expectations as of the date they are published. They are not promises, and actual outcomes may differ.
Beta access
You may register interest in Tellus through our beta access form. Registering does not create any obligation on us to grant access, and we may decline, delay, or withdraw access at our discretion. Any access we do grant will be subject to a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data, including for training machine-learning models, without our prior written consent.
- Submit anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or containing malicious code.
Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this site, including the Nurture and Tellus names and marks, are owned by Nurture or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written consent.
Third-party links and services
The site links to services we do not control, including our Tally-hosted signup form and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is accurate or complete.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of the State of California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Nurture reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
